Music
for Every Moment of Your Wedding

Favorite Rock Song or the Traditional Wedding March-- which
is best for your wedding?
Whichever choice you make, music plays a big role in the ambiance of your big day. Many details await you. Here's a few to get started:
-
Pre-Ceremony as the guests arrive to the venue--many couples select a soloist to sing, or play the guitar or harp, for example. Taped music works well with good speakers.
-
When the Bride and attendants walk down the aisle--most couples select the traditional wedding march, but many individualists select their own
-
If a lengthy mass is part of the Ceremony, usually music is sung by a small choir or religious music played with live instruments.
-
After announcing you as Husband and Wife, select the traditional recessional song or one of your own favorites--it should be upbeat.
-
Entertainment of some sort is a great decision as your guests arrive and get seated at the reception. The music should be mellow, but a notch up from elevator music.
-
Continue playing music during the reception while your guests dine (it is much better than silence)
-
Newlywed's First Dance--do you have a favorite and is it appropriate? If not, most couples select a popular romantic song.
-
Dancing music--select songs that all generations will appreciate
