A Simple Plan for Your Life
by Joanne Victoria

1. What could you do if you took care of yourself, first?

The most important thing is to be extremely selfish right now. If you wear yourself out being Helpful Hannah or Helpful Hal, you will wind up coming from an empty well. Fill up your well with as many resources as possible. Become nourished, then you can become nourishing.

2. How can you heal the soul if you feel angry?

The emotion of anger is real; it is about you opposing results. Stop having to be right and just produce the result of what you want, not what someone else says you should be, do or have.

3. What can you learn if you stay in touch?

Decide to stay in touch with friends and clients all the time, not just in times of tragedy. Learn to develop trust in yourself and your own instincts, then you can decide who you want to stay in touch with.

4. What can you learn when you tell the truth?

Learn to tell the truth about what you want, how you want to live your life and who you want to share any part of it with. Then you won't have a need to complain and become angry because your life will be what you want it to be.
