  Sheri McGregor is an author of two popular hiking guides, plus over a thousand articles for various publications on a wide variety of subjects. Her interests are many, ranging from health care and  parenting to hiking and nature. She is soft spoken and reflective, but her zest for life and passion for making the most out of her time comes through, both in her writing and in her interview.
