EASY-BAKE PIES

Any Fool Can Make It Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
1 pre-made pie shell
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3 whole eggs
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup broken pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Couple of pinches of salt
Method:
Blend together the butter, sugar, and eggs.
Stir in corn syrup, pecans, vanilla and salt.
Spraying the pie pan with a no-stick spray or wipe down with a coat of oil.
Place the pie shell and pour in mixture
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until just the middle of pie is set.
Cool completely before serving.

Good Ol’ Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients:
1 pre-made pastry crust to line a 9" or 10" pan
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 can or 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 cups light brown sugar or 1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
Method:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Trim and flute edge of pie crust - do not prick. Beat together the egg, pumpkin, milk and salt. Mix together and stir into the pumpkin mixture - the sugar, ginger, nutmeg and cloves. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the pie is almost set.
