Heat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter with electric mixer on medium until light and fluffy. Beat in pumpkin and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients except raisins and nuts. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop dough by rounded teaspoon 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. bake 8-10 minutes until edges are set. Immediately remove to cool on wire rack.
