Classic Corn Bake
This
corn casserole is easy to make!
4 cups
corn
4 eggs, beaten
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. basil
½ tsp. paprika
¼ cup melted butter or margarine
¼ cup honey
1 ¼ cup milk, scalded
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
Mix all ingredients together, and pour into a greased glass baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Serves 4- 6.

2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 can Green Giant cream-style corn
1 cup milk
Mix flour, sugar and milk until smooth, then add corn.
Put in a greased 1 quart casserole and dot with butter.
You can double this recipe and use a 9 x 13 inch glass pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, and then at 375 degrees for another
30 minutes.

1 can whole kernel corn, drained (save 1 Tbsp. juice)
1 pkg. (4 oz.)
cream cheese
1 small can green
chilies
Blend cheese
(softened) and chilies with the tablespoon of juice until well mixed.
Add can of corn,
mix and heat thoroughly.

2 cups fresh or frozen corn
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. sugar
½ cup, plus 2 Tbsp. saltine-style cracker crumbs – divided use
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Combine all ingredients except 2 tablespoons cracker crumbs and pour
into Pam sprayed casserole.
Top with reserved crumbs and sprinkle with additional paprika. Bake at
350 degree until knife inserted 1 inch from center comes out clean.
