'Cold Duck'
Kick-Butt Bloody Mary
Mimosa
Shannon's Bloody Mary
'Cold
Duck'
This
cocktail is a non-alcoholic treat – ideal for kids!
2 Tbsp. Cranberry Juice
1 Quart Club Soda
Two 6 oz. cans frozen white grape juice concentrate
Thaw out the grape juice concentrate.
Stir together, the club soda and concentrate.
Add cranberry juice for color.
Store in air tight bottles (soda bottles work well), and serve chilled
in champagne glasses.
Kick-Butt Bloody Mary
1 Quart tomato or V8 juice
2 tsp. horse radish
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small lemon, thinly sliced
4 shots vodka
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Tabasco Sauce to taste
4 shots vodka
Celery
Stir all ingredients - except the celery - in a pitcher. Serve over ice,
with a celery stick stirrer.
Mimosa
Dry Champagne
Orange Juice
In a Champagne flute, pour about 1/4 full with orange juice.
Fill the rest with chilled Champagne.
You can garnish with an orange or pineapple wheel, umbrella or cherries.
Shannon's Bloody Mary
One part Tomato Juice to one part Clamato Juice (one can of each, making
about 2 qts. of mix, give or take)
One Tbsp. Celery Salt
1/4 cup of Worcestershire Sauce (or more if you like)
Tabasco sauce (to your personal taste, we put about 2 to 3 Tbsp.)
Salt & pepper (again to taste, the juice will have some, so be careful!)
Wasabi (be careful, it's hot! I use about one to one and half tsps.)
Mix all ingredients
together in a large container, except the wasabi.
When all other ingredients are mixed and have been approved to personal
taste, take a small amount (1 Tbsp.) and place in a small glass or cup.
Add Wasabi and mix until all blended.
When the Wasabi has been completely mixed with the Tomato mix, add back
to the large capacity and stir completely, then taste.
Add Wasabi as you prefer.
When complete, take a glass with ice, add a shot (or two) of Vodka and
fill with mix. Garnish with a celery stalk. Enjoy!! You can also rim the
glass with salt, and exchange the Vodka for Tequila or Beer.
