Ajo is host to a number of community
events and celebrations that are held
throughout the year including art shows,
fairs, festivals and special events such
as quilt shows, community theatre
productions, car shows, music shows and
concerts, and much more. Organ Pipe
Cactus National Park offers various
daily interpretive ranger programs
during the winter months including
guided hikes and special lectures. The
Cabeza Prieta Natural History
Association also features bi-weekly
presentations from November to March on
the natural history of the refuge.
